After working for a large corporation for several decades, I realized that what I loved the most about my career was helping people. I followed my heart and went back to school to make counseling my life profession. I completed a Master’s degree in Counseling and counseled at a university and a non-profit organization for some time, before opening a private practice to help people who wish to live a better life. I think I am one of the lucky ones to have found a career that I love.
I understand the struggles of raising a family, working long hours, and trying to keep up with the American way of life, in addition to dealing with difficulties along the way. We have a lot to juggle to keep up and that can be stressful. From experience, I know that sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan, difficulties arise and its challenging trying to decide how to move forward or even which direction to take.
So whether you need assistance to navigate today, heal from old traumas, deal with anxiety, move through grief and loss, or build a happier life, I am here to help. By sorting it all out with a professional, you may discover a fresh approach that promotes a life that is more enjoyable, satisfying, and meaningful.
